Today, while working at the hospital, I had a patient with a blocked bowel. It was so bad, feces were entering into her stomach. While leaning down to talk with her, she threw up. I was both vomited and defecated on at the same time. FML

lol funny you should say that, just the other day I was talking to my friend about a young boy in England who was vomitting his own feces. I made my friend throw up because I was talking about it just as we passes a water treatment plant. So the smell was quite strong.

i don't want to cry, "fake!"... but how could bowels be stopped up for the good couple feet of your intestinal tract (including small and large intestine) until they reach your stomach?

I feel way worse for your patient. If any of us were in that situation we'd hope for someone compassionate & professional. Change jobs?
