OK I can't choose on this one.. and for a good reason. There is some info missing here, such as: How did his dad die? Did you know BF was going to inherit if/when his dad passed away? The reason I ask is my late hubby's ex got with him with the explicit intent to get her hands on his parent's money once they passed away, so it's possible this is not a FLM. In any case, if he believes his mom then you're probably best looking elsewhere for a partner.
