i think it shows that you really love her that your still with her even though her breath stinks but you should just be honest with her so you can actually enjoy kissing her.

Just be blunt about it, but in a nice way. My boyfriend has a bad breath problem once in a while and I "suggest" he should go and chews some gum. He takes the hint quickly.
