Today, I was making Cup Noodles for breakfast. After microwaving it for 3 minutes, I carefully grabbed the cup to pour some water out, but my hand gave out and some water spilled on it. Now I have a burned hand and no noodles. FML

Aren't you supposed to just microwave the water and not the cup of noodles? I believe the instructions are "add boiling water, set the paper lid on top and let it sit for 3 minutes." If you stuck the styrofoam in the microwave you kind of deserve it.

there's a lot of ways to do it, op having chosen the worst. best is on the stove top, if you are microwaving it don't overfill the bowl... boiling liquids are things to avoid handling if possible

don't you just add boiling water? microwaving noodles make en soggy
