Today, my crush let me know that he has a prom date. Obviously I'm supportive because I just want him to be happy, even if it's not me. I casually let him know that I'm going with someone else too, and now he's really mad about it. If he'd asked me before, I would've said yes. Like… Hello? How dare I get a prom date! FML

I'm sorry you got turned down so many times, honey, but don't feel so bad about not having a date to the prom. I didn't get asked, nor did I ask, so I'll be going to the prom alone. But I don't mind, because I'm already seeing boys and girls having problems and arguing with their dates. It's a lot less hassle to just go alone.

what a jerk, but hey i'd date u. my prom was just as horrible. i asked one of my friends and now BCUZ i asked her out shes no longer friends with me. FML but hey, remember that he's ur friend and that he was also probably just trying to cheer u up. :)
