I actually enjoy it if i am teasing my bf or play fighting a bit and he calls me a bitch in a jokey way...example 'babe, you're such a bitch' But he says it while messing around and laughing and I will then tease him a bit and say 'and you're so mean' but its all part of the fun and games. I would not accept him calling me a bitch in normal conversation.

Maybe he's just doing what most people do and say it to joke around or maybe because he knows it bothers you and likes to aggravate you. My boyfriend will call me pissy cause he knows it makes me mad. It's not a disrespect thing it's an aggravate the hell out of your girlfriend thing. My boyfriend calls me a bitch pretty often but very seldomnly does he mean it. And there are times I can be a bitch. Maybe try telling him to stop before jumping to dumping him. If he keeps on THEN dump him.
