Did you not mention that you was the girl next door? Who knows you have avoid future awkward moments if he didn't feel the same or if the relationship didn't work out. If would be pretty hard to avoid running into your ex & his new gf when he lives next door. Don't let this get you down Hun; they're are plenty of fish in the sea. :)
