Is he the worst? My guess is he has very little experience and you don't have much competition. In that case, you have an opportunity to train him and make him improve.

Communication is key. If you don't communicate to him what feels good for you and how to get you to climax, how is he supposed to know he needs to change what he's doing? If he refused to take your direction then that's another story. Who knows, maybe he'll turn out to be the best lay of your life once some direction is given and you find your groove together.

If you're expecting the "best of your life" you might want to aim a little lower. It's extremely unlikely that the best lay of your life is also going to be the best person for you.
