Today, after just moving home from working two years abroad, my Dad told me that he wouldn't be able to see me on my birthday because his new girlfriend's son has his birthday party on the same day. FML

Maybe it's just me but if I had to choose to be son's on his birthday or on my boyfriends sons birthday, I would choose my own son. If it was me my own child would take precedence over another's child, even if I did care for that person and or persons child.

Today, we were supposed to go to one of my husband's coworkers' party, but he had to go alone because we couldn’t find my prosthetic leg anywhere. I eventually found it, in the shed. The only way it got there was if my husband put it there on purpose so I couldn’t go. I think he’s embarrassed of me. FML
