That's just... Uh.. Eh.. No. Seriously, that sucks though!
See a dermatologist and perhaps get a pill? My boyfriend has bad acne but on his face and he has to take a pill for it. It could also be an ingrown hair that turned into a pimple. It happens OP.
you might want to see a doctor to make sure those are actually pimples. (sorry, though. I struggled hardcore with acne into my 20s it gets better you just have to find what works for you :)
