Today, I was patiently sitting in the turning lane to turn left. That was until I was hit head on by a guy going over the speed limit because he was late for work and tried skipping traffic. According to the cop its "legal". He got away with it. I'm left with a ticket and 3000 bucks of damage. FML

You should still report the accident to your insurance company. Even without being ticketed, the guy who hit you was at fault. There should be a police report available in a few days with the other driver's information. Let your insurance company do the rest. Good luck to you!

Today, I woke up in my boss’s sofa. I was covered in vomit, my head was hurting too much, and the only thing I could remember from the party the day before was that I was holding hands with my boss. Today, I got my phone back after bringing it in to get a crack in the screen repaired. The crack is fixed, but now the touch screen doesn't work and it won't connect to the Internet. I essentially paid to have my phone broken even more. FML
