Content almost refused by staff

Today, I was helping a customer at work for a good half hour when she asked how much longer it would take. When I said it would probably be longer she left to get her daughter out of the car. I waited, expecting an older child who could stay by themselves. She returned with an infant. FML

.... If you got her name, you need to report her to CPS. That is neglect at the best, and abuse at the worst. The baby could have died if the A/C went off- assuming she had it on to begin with, which I hope she did.

"I'm sorry, mam. This will actually take forty-five minutes. It'll be a half hour to solve your problem, then fifteen minutes for child services to get here and solve your child's problem."
