Especially with that title.
Even if her spouse is a felon, it's unprofessional to fire her because of that, unless her husband is somehow using her job to steal from the business, or otherwise using the business connection to cause harm. Plus, for all that we know, she could be mid-divorce with the spouse or the spouse could be completely reformed- not very common, but it does happen.
