Content almost refused by staff

Today I realized I make less money than 10y ago, with more experience and a master's degree, because I wanted to make the world "a better place" and work for the non-profit sector. I don't have enough money to make it to the next month. I now wish I cared for nothing but myself. FML.

Hello fellow non-profit worker! I know how you feel! I make minimum wage at a non-profit that requires me to use my own car, own a smart phone and dress professional. I could make more money working at starbucks. :/
