Content almost refused by staff

Today, I learned that the apartment building which I just signed a 1 year lease on is now condemned and the landlord is no where it be found, looks like I am moving back in with my parents. FML

Keep as much information as you can on this. Papers, pictures, your own account of incident, future neighbors accounts of the incident, the days your landlord has been unaccounted for. This can become a legitimate lawsuit for you, if you so choose to take that route. No one should be snubbed out of a home because of a shady landlords inability to run a business.

I'm pretty sure you can get criminal and civil charges filed on that asshat.
