Content almost refused by staff

Today I had to go back to work 4 hours after I finished my shift. Not for any work related reason but to pee. I was too scared to pee in my own bathroom because of a moth. I'm 25. FML

...phobias don't work like that. No mental or emotional disorder works like that. You need to "get a grip" on these things called manners.

A phobia is a fear that interferes with day to day life. OP obviously has a fear of moths that is severe enough that they were too afraid to use their own bathroom- which is an interference in day to day life. Ergo, OP's fear of moths can be, and probably would be, classified as a specific phobia.
