that is definitely something you could sue him for
lawsuit ;-)
SUE! I am not usually a proponent of lawsuits to get one's way, but this is what discrimination law was made for, exactly. Your employer deserves to be sued, and the employment manager deserves to be fired. You should be able to find a lawyer who will take your case with payment due upon a settlement only.
Sue their asses. My dad has alopecia everywhere-- no hair. They can't discriminate against disease.
that sucks, but open a lawsuit, bc thats bs!
I love how people try to act like alopecia is a major disease. It's not that serious. It just means you're going bald. A majority of people get it some time in their life. They do make things to help it. Like rogaine or wigs. Sounds like someone needs to do their research before trying to get sympathy for something that isn't that serious. There are more serious diseases out there to make a big deal about. In your case, it's not that big a deal. And you're stupid if you think it's a disability. You get handicap parking passes for disabilities, not for going bald.
What I don't get is how people think he deserves it's not his fault for having a dieases( is that how u spell it)
your ex boss and many of the people who commented here are idiots!!! wrongful termination!!! sue the hell out of that ignorant ******!!!!!!!!!!
you need to get some free legal advice, just call any lawyer in the phonebook and ask for a consultation. you are a new client, so the first 30 min is free.
Alopecia is the universe's way of telling you that you should be bald. Shave your head and hope that you don't have a raisin scalp.
