Honestly, I don't understand why it's do creepy. It would be creepy if he snuck a photo of you, but it could have just pulled the picture from Facebook or something. If you have your number on facebook maybe it pulled that from there too.

Totally agree. You meet people all the time who you later forget. Was the photo recent or was it taken years ago? If it was years ago, the guy probably just doesn't remember you.
