Today, my boyfriend of three months told me he's going to get tested for STDs, because he's worried about a previous partner. I'm grateful for his thoughtfulness, but I'd be even more grateful if we hadn't already slept together several times. FML

Rather than saying that oh and please don't tell your children that. You should be supportive and understanding that this could happen to anyone. You should give your kids the tools in case they succumb to peer pressure. Let's be real teachings have to be based upon the society you live in.
