Yeah, that's not a good sign for your relationship. Not only is she blaming you for something that you didn't do, but she's refusing to communicate about the problem except to try to use it as a guilt trip. I'd put some serious thought into if you want to continue a relationship with someone that throws out that many red flags in one go.
