That is one selfish, self-centered woman. She was actually looking forward to being able to go around telling everyone about her cat so she could get attention and sympathy over it!!! You might be better off without that kind of person in your life. And - HEY - if you dump her, then she'll have something else to wail and be given about, so you're giving her back her thunder.
