Today, my husband and I got into yet another fight because he wants a second kid and I don't. One kid is enough for any family but he won't listen. FML

I suggest bringing a counselor into this. This big of a disagreement can lead to very sad endings.

I mean, the men have the easy part of parenthood. They don't have to go through the pregnancy and all those symptoms, plus labor and delivery and the aftermath of that. They don't have to be the one up every hour of the morning to feed the baby. They just plant the seed and that's it. He should consider your perspective. You could probably consider his as well, but something like this definitely should be agreed upon by both participants.
