Hey, child, those trillion dollars are tied up in industries that employ people, and Musk pays hundred of million in taxes already. Probably hundred of billions in taxes now. Jealousy is not a good look. Also, communism doesn't work.

Kindly explain what the consequences are for every other stockholder (probably including you if you have a 401k) after forcing him or anyone else to liquidate a portion of their stock. You been sold the lie that he steals his wealth from a fixed pile of money. No, he created it, for himself and every other stockholder. Government could destroy it in the process of confiscating it. You have no idea what you're demanding.
