This FML happened to me once, but it wasn't a crow, but some other kind of bird. I had to swim with the corpse and put it in a plastic bag, then empty the deposit and wash the walls.

I'm actually gonna have to say YDI on this one. The first time you tasted the water, yeah it'd be a FYL if you drank it, noticed it tasted funny, and stopped drinking it. But apparently you kept drinking it?
