Actually, that's (supposedly) normal. With enough groping or suckling of the nipple, milk will start to be made to supply the "baby" with the milk it needs, even if there isn't a baby at all. Also, if you were pregnant but then something happened to the baby, like a miscarriage or an abortion, sometimes milk will be made. But, don't quote me on that stuff, I've only heard it randomly.
