It took me awhile to learn to put my foot down in my own home, but Mother knows now that if she starts peeking in closets and drawers in my townhouse, I will make her leave. You have to draw a hard and fast line right now OP, or she will continue to walk all over you.
better locks on your doors--that means your bedroom or closets--and replace every item with a dress and skirt. Wear them when she visits and remind her she threw out all of your "male" clothes. Also don't invite her over again until she understands the rules of ownership.

*VERY* early on, once I had my own place, I had to lay down the law... citing my parents' own "my house my rules" mantra. They did not like it, but they did respect it, and it sidelined a lot of crap.
