I work on printers and let me just say they are complex and will probably take me years to learn the entire insides of them. I even have to use service manuals to fix half of them and maybe yeah software can do it but if you guys have a contract and you try to fix the printer and you’ve messed it up. We are obligated to charge you and deny you guys a warranty. Now I only do that if you do physical damage, but please just leave it to the IT people Most modern copier cost as much as a car, especially when they are managed service
