YDI for having a seizure.
ok ur life is F$%&$! sorry about that.! maybe it´s just a "do something more productive" signal from heaven :D
#85-almost definatly prototype. That game's crazy.
Anyone can have a seizure at any time. most people who have had a seizure have healthy brains. Anyone who posted here can have a seizure today. there are things you can do to make yourself more susceptible to them- ie playing bright video games in dark rooms for longer than 45 minutes at a time without a break, and drinking too much water. (having too much gatorade makes you even more likely to have a seizure than having too much water, because of the sugar and electrolyte buildup). Having a high fever can also bring on a seizure, which is why they are fairly common in infants. Also eating a low-fat diet, or a diet high in soy, (or both) lowers your seizure threshold and makes you much more susceptible to seizures from influences that would otherwise not effect you. If your playing video games, while tired in a dark room, and drinking mountain dew, you are greatly increasing your risk of having a seizure because you are putting yourself in the position of 1) being tired 2) bright and dark contrast 3) Caffeine and sugar intake - in particular if you didn't eat well previously. Sudden changes in blood sugar can also cause someone with a healthy brain to have a seizure
101, if they were explaining seizures to you within a few days of your having the seizure, its highly unlikely that you would remember the conversation correctly Its understandable why people would be upset by what you wrote, especially given how much of a negative stigma people hold toward those who are disabled by epilepsy. Its very common for epileptics to be harassed for being able to do something (ie type on a computer) but not be able to work at a job that involves typing at a computer because of their epilepsy. And when someone says that they recover completely from a seizure in a few moments, it adds credence to that baseless ignorant harassment. Oftentimes people need to sleep for greater than 24 hours after a seizure that only lasted a minute or two, may completely forget everything that happened the day of the seizure, may agree to something during the seizure, but have no idea what they agreed to, and so on. Epileptics face a hard time because they "look and act normal at times" even when they are seriously disabled by their seizures - It isn't rare to here a story of someone being arrested and tasered during or after seizures in public, even though they have a medic alert bracelet on and a friend standing beside them explaining what is happening, because they "are intentionally refusing to follow instructions."
Heed the warning, bro. They don't make this shit up.
When will people remember this? Just because ALL THE FMLs AUTOMATICALLY start with "Today", it doesn't mean that they happened the same day! Anyway, that sucks a lot, especially if you're a big gamer - I'd be bummed if it were me. I'm curious about what game it was now, though.
