you need to get married when you want they should not interfere.
Is it just me or does this not make sense?
i agree. it would make much more sence if it was reversed- that his sister is in a relationship less than a year, and that he and his gf were together since primary school. either he messed up writing this, or its not an fml at all.
Am I the only one laughing at the username?
screw them
sure your sister and her boyfriend sound kind of douchy, but you met your fiancee earlier this year? You've known eachother for a maximum of 9 months and you're already getting married? If my younger brother were to get married that early into a relationship I'd be on his back too, perhaps that's what your sister is trying to do also, perhaps this isn't about you getting married before them. Anyhow good luck and I wish you the best
You totally deserve that! A year is NOT enough time to get to know a person! You could be marrying a serial killed. Less than a year and proposing. If she said yes then I bet she's psycho
Thats what I'm saying, my cousin married some guy she knew for 6 MONTHS.
They sound embarrassed, not just jealous. Known each other since primary school, and still can't commit to marriage. Congrats on your engagement, OP.
I guess for some people, love is a competition after all...
Really? Some people need to grow up and learn to be happy for one another. Especially family.
