He swears they're only work buddies, but refuses to tell her he has a girlfriend, to avoid making things weird at work. We've been together two years. FML

Dear OP, Ordinarily I'd be first to give benefit of the doubt to a particular circumstance, but in this case absolutely nothing about his reasoning adds up. He's blatantly lying to you. Straightforward version: you're being cheated on. Time to break up, get tested, and start over.
