I highly suggest talking to him and getting him into see a doctor. This sounds so to me like low testosterone, luckily it's a very easy fix. Good luck

My guess is he's working two or three jobs paying for that ring, dress, wedding reception and honeymoon you just had to have or the wedding was off.
