He needs help, he’s an alcoholic. You don’t deserve to have to deal with it on your own. Let alone 3-4 nights a week. He needs more help than what you can do unfortunately

This is domestic abuse. You both need help and neither of you will get it unless you stand up and do something about it. Take a video of his behaviour on your phone, take him to the doctor and play the video to then both. GET HELP! If he doesn’t want to change, GTFO for your own sake.
