I would have thanked him for the correction. Before today, I've never seen "quiche" written, so I probably would have pronounced it the same way.
I've heard people say quiche before, but the first time I read it out loud I pronounced it kwee-chay. Me and my husband still laugh about it!
If something so simple as correcting someone on the pronunciation of a word pisses one off, then the date wasn't meant to be , consider it as a positive one for you .
I think you made a choice which hand is gonna be!
not only are you shallow but to think you are going to to get lucky because you took your blind date to a restaurant. hope your hand cramps up OP
Are you really that shallow? Everyone knows you don't **** on the first date.
Not SUPPOSED to, anyway.
If she gets upset about something like that, perhaps it's best if your hand is the one keeping you company. Also, who doesn't like quiche? Flaky crust, eggs, cheese, other stuff (love ham/bacon, but that's just me)
Personally, it sounds like you dodged a bullet
First date? Shouldn't been expecting to hook up anyways. But future reference: she was right you were wrong. She is always right.
Well, nice dodge, though.

if shes going to leave you after something stupid like that, you're better off without her OP
For the record, I like quiche.
