My brother doesn't have a common name but it's more common than my name, and I've naturally tried to avoid men with the same name as him. My mum and her sister both married men called Robert, so one has to be called Bob.

if you called out "his" name during sex it implies that you were thinking (or fantasizing?) about "him". Which could be disgusting.... or hot.....depending on your personal opinion about that type of thing.
