You gotta give it time don't worry it will happen eventually
If your working out you shouldn't cut your calories. That puts your body into starvation mode. By working out you burn a lot of calories and so most of the time you need to increase your calorie intake (unless you were overeating previously). Putting your body into starvation mode makes your body hold onto everything you have, therefore: no weight loss. The best thing would be to improve your diet. Eating lots of fruits, veggies and protein. And eating carbs about an hour before you work out, so that you have something to burn. A protein shake after your workout is also advised. That gives your workout maximum results.
It takes more than a day dumbass
Muscle weighs more than fat you know... Maybe you're just getting buff
Dem feels ..
if you eat too little, your body will go into starvation mode and retain as much fat as it can. Weighing yourself is most accurate at the beginning of the day. 1. get naked 2. before you shower, 3. go to the bathroom, 4. don't eat before hand. :3
heres the perfect plan: run for 6 hours eat for 6 hours and sleep the other 12
Have you tried this method of putting your finger down your throat. Works for experience.
You probably lost fat and gain muscle, negating the weight you lost, making you think you hadn't lost any weight. And there's always a chance that you weren't reading the label of your food products correctly and were getting more calories than you thought. Don't get discouraged, OP, keep at it. I did and I'm SO glad. Today I celebrated my 37th lost pound.

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
