Today, after many weeks of talking to this guy over the phone for hours on end and establishing that we both had feelings for the other, we met in person. He saw me, got an "emergency text," and hasn't talked to me since. FML

Today, I met a guy online. We talked all night long and hit it off amazingly. He told me he'd never felt that way about anyone else, and I agreed. He sent me a picture and he was gorgeous. I sent him one after he assured me he didn't care what I looked like. I haven't heard from him since. FML

Today, after finally having the guts to confess to a guy I have liked for a year now and him saying he also likes me and then asking me out, I went out of my way and traveled 4 hours to meet him. He didn't show up and never apologized. I never heard anything from him. FML

Today, I was on the phone to a guy I really like from work. We'd been talking for about 2 minutes, when he said he was getting another call, and put me on hold. I was so excited to be on the phone with him, it took me a whole 15 minutes to realise he had actually just hung up on me. FML

hahaha people who meet and date people from the phone are usually really fat, pretty ugly or just really desperate.YDI love takes many aspects being physically atracted to eachother is one. meet ppl in person next time so you don't waste hours on the phone

what is it with the phone that is so magical? a guy I hooked up with in high scool found me on facebook 9 years later. we are 3 hours apart. we talked on the phone for hours but when we finally met, is was totally the opposite. utter silence at times. what's the deal??
