I know exactly what u are going through, sometimes I get anxiety out of nowhere. but you just have to try and control it.. smoking weed can help you stay calm, but if u smoke too much and then stop cold turkey, you'll have psychological withdrawals and still get panic attacks :S

There's an app for that. Seriously, I've downloaded a few. They are called ambient apps. They play peaceful sounds, such as ocean waves, rain, calm wildlife, the sound of a fan, or heartbeat. They help redirect your focus and allow you the opportunity to regain calmness, while taking in full deep breaths, at least ten! I hope you feel better!
Anxiety is dangerous, overthinking and obsessing can cause serious problems. Sit back and relax OP.
