Today, I broke up with my boyfriend, after three long weeks of him ignoring me and cancelling out on time we were supposed to spend with each other. He looked at me with the most confused look on his face. Then he said, ''Are you serious? I was planning the perfect day to ask you to marry me.'' FML

I think you just saved yourself lots of $$$ and dealing with a fiance that's a total tool anyway. NO ONE ignores someone and cancels events with their soon-to-be fiancee... It just doesn't make sense. If he did it for ONE day (and soon after he propsed...) then I would understand his story (as he may have been busy working on the proposal.. etc). But THREE WEEKS? That's total BS and you're an IDIOT for believing him! This behavior is totally NOT acceptable from a boyfriend and even less so from someone claiming they wanted to marry you. If you took him back from his BS line I wouldn't be surprised to see you post another FML saying he was messing around with someone else.. or not talking to you for months on end before the wedding as he "prepared for the big day..." You're obviously not in love with him you're just infatuated with the idea of marriage as most women are... grow up and find a REAL man.

i totally understand why youd want to break it off buttt you should have talked to him about it first and explained how you felt instead of just saying whatever we are done. like someone else up there said, you need to learn how to communicate. your relationship can't be THATTT perfect if you don't communicate
