#83 people wear makeup to _please_, there's a big difference between please and impress. But anyway, some people are just losing focus on what this website is all about; It's about having fun. We're all here to make (more or less mean) comments in a friendly atmosphere just for laughs. There's no point in starting flame wars. I think attraction is an instinctive behaviour and instinct is irrational, that's why we sometime act stupid when we're attracted to somebody.

89 - There's not a big difference between pleasing others and impressing others. People wear make up to impress others. Don't try and justify your double standard to me, thanks. If you think it's fun to make mean comments, go for it. Don't sulk when someone points out the hypocrisy of your mean comments though.

I don't know how pouring water over yourself would really turn a guy on. But that wasn't really smart. YDI, and you should have just walked up to him and said hi, start a conversation or something.
