What a bitch. On the bright-side it seems like you got out of something good. If she was going to do that before she even meets you she would probably do that even if you got together.
I'm with everyone on I hope you didn't give her the reservation it would have been awesome if you ordered a great meal and ate slow enjoying watching her be angry at not having a table (plus you'll find someone worth your time soon OP :) stay positive!)

It would have been better to order two very expensive meals with dessert and wine/Champagne to go with and then get up to leave and let them have your reservation.
