#18 - Saying it's fake? People are different. My girlfriend gets wet quickly just by thinking of sex. Some women can cum just by stimulating their nipples... People are different. Anyways, I have to agree with the half that says it's more embarrasing getting a hard on... It's much more noticable. Although, the nurses and doctors are used to all that, so I think almost all people that get into that situation overreact. Not the best FML story, but far from the worst.
