Today, my boyfriend told me that he may have an STD. When I asked who he was with before me, and where it might have come from, he listed off almost every single one of my friends. FML

Today, it looks like I may have an STD. My fiancé and his friends went to Vegas two months ago. He says he's been completely faithful. They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Turns out that's not quite true. FML

Today, my boyfriend, who I have been seeing for a year, decided to tell me that he has herpes and has not taken any precautions to stop it from passing on. We have had unprotected sex quite a lot over the last year, so now I most likely have herpes too. FML

He called me a few weeks later, saying he has the clap. I told him he must've got it from someone else. He was a virgin. FML

I really don't see the big deal. The hooked up before you happened. You knew he wasn't a virgin, and love stories are never perfect. Std's are easy to get rid of. I would applaude his honesty- get tested, and enjoy the futuere: std free.

Well. Odds are he's got Chlamydia. One pill will clear that up. Since it's the most commonly transmitted STD. Hiv is rare- and doesn't spread easily trough intercourse. In adfition- If he had HIV- i really think the fml wording would have been quite different. Of course it may be one of the dangerous STD's, but it's unlikely. And good thing he told her- so she can get tested- and treated before she gets salpingitis.. I'm a doctor - and don't see an std as the end of the world.
