Wow you have an impressive arm...very very difficult to throw a rock straight up and down... You should put some of that training diligence into the "dodging" component of the excercise

that's nothing, I once saw my best friend's brother throw a brick in the air, only to have it moments later smash into his face. He did it on purpose. And on a separate occasion, he jumped 30 feet off of an announcer's tower at our local highschool, when we were still attending, with no mat or anything to break his fall but hard track gravel.
