I'd say you had better hot foot it to the nearest chemist for some aloe, that usually helps soothe burns.

Sounds painful... I burned the soles of my feet walking on a garage roof a few years ago, so this is entirely believable

I had that happen to me a couple days ago. Cover your feet up next time you lay on your stomach for extended periods of time :P

Put aloe and if u dont have that toothpaste works good with burns not sure with sunburns
