Today, as I spent my last $6 on groceries, the woman at the register gave me a dirty look because I declined to donate $1 to a children's charity. My six year-old son immediately chimed in with, "Mommy, why aren't you helping the poor children?" FML

I still don't understand how donations work. How do you know where its suppose to go. I keep hearing donate for cancer research, donate for other health care/cure research. If we were donating so much, WHY THE **** ARE WE PAYING SO MUCH FOR F@#$@# HEALTH CARE !!!!!. btw tell you kid, when you get a full time job, you can donate who ever you want to :)

i hate people who treat you nasty when you decline to do something optional. they have no idea how much money or time you donate and really have no place to be judging anyway.

1) OP could be at the library. Most of them provide internet access for free. 2) OP could be using a friend's computer/phone. 3) OP could have a job which requires internet access. No internet = no pay check.
