Today, my boss came over to my desk and struck up a casual conversation about movies. After a while, he sat on the edge of my desk, nodded toward my chest, and said in the same casual, lighthearted tone, "And nice cleavage today. Keep that up." FML

I’m pretty sure as a boss it’s his job to uphold dress code standards. Regardless of gender differences. He has every right to call out what you’re wearing if it’s not appropriate. Although I think he could’ve probably been more direct while still being nice so it doesn’t come off so weird.
