Today, after injuring my muscles in my hip trying to do my stretches from my physical therapy, my weight has rebounded in an awful way. Even trying proper portion control doesn't cause my weight to budge and I can't treat myself without my weight leaping 5 pounds or more. FML

Drink plenty of water. Look at hidden calories too. Do you have sugar in drink or on cereal for example? Write down everything you eat in a day and count calories. Good sleep is vital to weight management. If your sleep has been affected by your injury this won't help .Take it slowly and don't be too hard on yourself.
