Today, whilst walking at dusk with my newlywed wife, she asked me to her find something to throw out on the frozen pond. I found what I thought was a pine cone in the dark, and picked it up with my bare hand. It was a piece of dog shit. It was still soft. FML

My wife has already pretty much guaranteed she’s going to take our future kids there and tell them the story. She now refers to it as “that park where you grabbed a dog turd.” Still, it’s a funny memory.

Today, I had a job interview that I really wanted to nail. Everything was great until the interviewer asked me why I left my last job. I meant to say, "I felt it was time for a new challenge," but instead I said, "I felt tired of pretending to care." The look on their face was priceless. Needless to say, but I don't think I'll get the job. FML

Today, I received my soccer team jacket that I ordered a month ago. Trying to save money, I'd selected the "No name" option to avoid an extra $20 embroidering fee. My jacket now has "NO NAME" spelled out on the side of it, and I was charged the extra $20 dollars after all. FML

Today, I was chatting with my girlfriend and I asked her to give me her phone to make a call since mine was dead. A text came in from someone and the name sounded familiar. My best friend has been dating my girlfriend longer than I have, and she gave him head. I kissed her earlier that day. FML
