Shave your chest bro... Seriously. I got lice from my little niece last year & I wanted to shave my head. I was so grossed out. I still have my husband check my head monthly because they freak me out so bad. I treated them in only the amount of time it took me to drive to the store. I had to treat my head twice to get rid of them. Just shave it all off!! It'll grow back!!
