Today, the girl I have been dating for the past five years asked me to move to California with her to get married. Naturally, I was thrilled and said, "Of course, when do you want to leave?". She just stared at me blankly and said, "Shit, I was kidding." FML

I have a friend going to Washington to get married soon. she isn't moving there. just going to get married. she is coming back home and having a ceremony.

not really ture at all.. same sex marriage IS legal in california. my sister and her wife were just married 12/2013 on their 20th anniversary. maybe this is an older post?
